Parking Near Westlake Plaza	The 7th & Pike Garage (see P on map) may be entered from either 7th or 8th Avenues between Pine and Pike Streets. It has competitive prices and is an easy 3 block walk to Westlake Plaza by Starbucks coffee shop .
Driving Directions to Parking Near Westlake Plaza	I-5 going south to downtown Seattle (e.g. coming from Everett, I-405 or SR 520): Take I-5 south to exit 165B onto Union Street, take the first right onto 7th Avenue northwest and find parking garage P. I-5 going north to downtown Seattle (e.g. coming from Tacoma or SeaTac Airport): Take I-5 north to exit 165 onto Seneca Street, turn right on 6th Avenue, turn right at Union Street, turn left at 7th Avenue and find parking garage P. I-90 going west to downtown Seattle (e.g. coming from I-405 or Issaquah): Take I-90 west to exit 2C connecting with I-5 north, proceed on I-5 north to the Madison Street exit, which becomes 7th Avenue. From this point you will see signs for Convention Place along the way. Proceed ahead to Seneca Street, turn right and then left at 8th Avenue. Continue ahead underneath the Washington State Convention & Trade Center (past their parking garage) and find parking garage P.
Parking at Seattle Center and Monorail to Westlake Plaza	Take I-5 north or south to exit 167 and follow the signs to SEATTLE CENTER. Park in the large Seattle Center parking lot (see map above) at the northeast corner of Harrison Street and 5th Avenue North. Enter going north on 5th Avenue North between Harrison Street and Mercer Street by making a right turn into the lot. This lot attended on event days but you "feed" a kiosk on non-event days. Next walk across 5th Avenue North toward the Space Needle, walk around the "swoopy" shaped EMP (Experience Music Project) building and, across from the Space Needle, board the MONORAIL train for the 2-minute trip to Westlake Center. Monorail trains shuttle between the Seattle Center station and the Westlake Center station every 10 minutes. Next, ride the escalators down two levels to the street level, walk past the Westlake Center Directory sign and outdoors to Westlake Plaza by Starbucks coffee shop . Metro Bus from SeaTac, Amtrak & WA State Ferries	Metro provides extensive bus service from points throughout the greater Seattle area to downtown Seattle including: SeaTac International Airport - take Metro Route 174 or Metro Route 194 from the south end of any Baggage Claim area @ Bay-2 to most downtown destinations. Amtrak Station - ask the station personnel to direct you to nearby Metro connections. Coleman Dock / Washington State Ferry Terminal - Pier 52 - ask at the Information Desk in the terminal for nearby Metro connections.
